About The Artist

As a writer by trade and a life long creative, I am always looking for a new way to express myself. During COVID I picked up a paintbrush and started playing with my kid's paints and discovered the missing piece in my creative life. Painting is the perfect way to share how I see the world (spoiler alert--real bright). And it's also the first thing I have ever done that allows my brain to be totally quiet. Along the way, I have realized how important being creative is in my own life and I want others to see the value in stretching their creative muscles also.

I live in Greensboro, NC in an old house, with my two kids, my husband, and my four-legged assistant Oscar.
